To place an order on BOLIEYN:

1. Browse our collection and select your desired product.
2. Choose the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".
3. Go to your cart and click "Checkout".
4. Fill in your shipping and billing information.
5. Choose your payment method and complete the purchase.
6. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We currently ship within India. Shipping information will be updated here soon.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

We have a 7-day return policy after you receive your item. To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, or you can choose store credit instantly after approval.

Non-returnable items include custom products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges are processed by returning the item and placing a new order.
