To place an order on BOLIEYN:

1. Browse our collection and select your desired product.
2. Choose the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".
3. Go to your cart and click "Checkout".
4. Fill in your shipping and billing information.
5. Choose your payment method and complete the purchase.
6. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We currently ship within India. Shipping information will be updated here soon.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

We have a 7-day return policy after you receive your item. To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will inspect the item upon receipt and notify you about the approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days or you can add it to your shopping credit instantly after approval.

Some items are non-returnable, including custom products, beauty/personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges are processed by returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new product.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at help.bolieyn@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
